“One day, you will learn how to give and receive love like an open window and it will feel like summer every day.”
–Sierra DeMulder

Do you:

Wish you could express yourself authentically – and actually feel heard in your relationships?

Desire stronger, more loving, and intimate connections with the people care most about?

Struggle to give yourself the grace and forgiveness that you easily provide to others?

If so, welcome! I see you, and I’m glad you’re here.

I know these challenges well, and together, we can navigate through them.

My Therapy Philosophy:

My name is Natasha Peavy, and I’m a couple & family therapist candidate based in Denver, Colorado. I help clients nurture and heal their relationships from a place of love.

As a systemically-trained family therapist, I view the world in terms of relationships. We all develop and grow in relation to the most significant people and systems in our lives. This is why I focus my efforts on working with groups of people whenever possible. Even when working with individuals, I always consider: who are the “unseen” people in the room that are impacting your life?

So many people have differing perspectives and opinions on what therapy is and why it is important. To me, the experience of therapy is vital and sacred. Therapy is a dedicated time and space, outside of your day-to-day life, in which you have the opportunity to practice vulnerability, authenticity, honesty, and connection.

Much like going to the gym to strengthen your physical body, participating in therapy strengthens your heart so that you can face situations “in the real world” with more congruence, integrity, and love.

As your therapist, I hold this the container of change by witnessing you and guiding you with compassion and care.

Therapy Services:

  • I offer family therapy for all configurations, including: parent/child relationships, blended, adopted, and multi-generational families. If something is going on in your family, chances are, everyone is feeling the impact.

  • I offer relationship therapy for those in any stage or level of commitment. I work with people who desire a heartfelt connection with their partner, more intimacy, clearer communication, who need to rebuild after a breach of trust, or who are needing support during a separation.

  • I work with adults 18+ who are looking to strengthen their sense of self, untangle their past, process through difficult emotions and experiences, and live a more fulfilling, purposeful life.

Core Values:

Vulnerability

Your truth is beautiful – and sharing it with others allows you to be seen for exactly who you are. Vulnerability might seem terrifying, but I promise you, it’s worth it.

Authenticity

Who you are is perfectly imperfect. It’s crucial to let your authentic self shine, and celebrate the unique combination of qualities that only you possess.

Connection

We thrive in relationship with others. Being able to share our experiences of grief, joy, pain, and love with one another is the great gift of human connection.

Peace

A foundation of inner peace is an anchor during difficult times. Peace within oneself leads to peace amongst others, which has positive ripples across the world.

I would be honored to be a witness and a guide on your path toward more loving and honest relationships.
